If you wish to book a room with us, rest assured that you will find the best online price through our website www.oceanhotels.net.  If you find a lower booking price on any other online portal with the same booking parameters within 48 hours after you make a booking on our website, please complete and send us the form you find at the bottom of this page. After reviewing it and verifying the information, we will apply the lower rate. 

How can I make a claim if I find a cheaper rate?

It is very straightforward, simply proceed as follows:

1. Make the booking through www.oceanhotels.net website.
2. Complete and submit the form within the 48 hours of booking, indicating the details of the cheapest rate found. This rate should have the same booking parameters and conditions as the booking made on our site.
3. Our team will respond to you within 48 hours. If a price match is confirmed, the cheapest rate will be applied, otherwise Ocean by H10 Hotels will send you an e-mail justifying the response.

Terms & Conditions

• You should make your booking through our www.oceanhotels.net web and provide a confirmation number.
• The guarantee applies to comparisons with any other online sales channel with real-time booking. The rate should have the same conditions (hotel, dates of arrival/departure, number of people in party), terms and conditions of payment, method of payment, type of room, inclusions, etc.)
• The “guaranteed best online price” policy is not valid for comparisons with group rates, membership or company portals that require prior identification or cases in which the name of the hotel is not known until after the booking is confirmed.
• Ocean by H10 Hotels reserves the right to freely modify or cancel this offer and its terms and conditions at any time.
