MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL LAST FEBRUARY AND WE MUST SAY THE THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL. WE ALSO STAYED IN PUNTA CANA TWO YRS AGO AT PARADISSUS AND HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. OCEAN BLUE AND SAND CLAIMS TO BE A 5 STAR, BUT I REALLY WOULD GIVE IT A 3 STAR, DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE. WE HAD A FEW INCONVENIENCES AND OUR NEEDS WERE NOT MET HOW WE EXPECTED. WE ARE IN OUR TWENTIES AND NOT TOO PICKIE AT ALL WE REALLY DID NOT ASK FOR MUCH. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WE BELIEVE IS NOT WELL PREPARED. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GOOD THE FOOD WAS GREAT, AND HERE AND THERE YOU COULD FIND NICE STAFF MEMBERS, BUT BE PREPARED TO BUMP INTO PEOPLE WITH ATTITUDE PROBLEMS.WE WON"T BE STAYING AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN!!

truly a beutiful hotel, but the best was the hotel staff from the general mgr mr.Jorge all the way down to the gardener pedro, i have never been treated with such curtisy and respect. the interest the the staff showed for my enjoyment, was unparalled. it made me and my wife so comfortable, that we bought into the time share program. i rate this hotel 10 stars. oh en the food was to die for.

We just finished a two week stay and we loved every day of our stay !!! My husband and I celebrated our 40 th wedding anniversary with 24 other family members and everyone enjoyed their stay.This was not our first trip to the D.R. but Ocean Blue and Sand Resort is by far our favourite !! We vote 5 star for food ,service,rooms,great a la carte restaurants with no reservations and no limite on dinners allowed during our stay, the buffets were excellent ,the pool area and the staff are the best and the beach is picture perfect.. We will go back again but we may try the Ocean Blue and Sand in Mexico's Mayan Riviera next year

I had the time of my life while staying at the resort. The service was amazing, the food was endless and the smiles were as bright as the sun which was shining everyday. It has been now a year since I've been back but will be returing in April for my bday and hoping to have the same experience. I wish all those who do stay at this hotel a wonderful time oh don't tip 20.00 US I did that everyday and didn't realize how much I was really tipping them; however these employee surely deserve it and it was worth every penny.

This was our family's first time at this resort and the Domincan Republic. The service was impeccable hats off to the staff at the resort. The resort was neat and tidy, very clean compared to other resorts we had seen walking the beach. We specifically would like to thank Luis R from your staff who took very good care of us, we will certainly be back next year.

My wife and I came down for our 10 year anniversary at Ocean Coral & Turquesa in room #7304. It was by far the best experience we ever had at an all inclusive hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. The pools were very clean and comfortable with the warm weather. There were many food choices/restaurants to select from even for the picky eater. The services thru out the hotel were always with a smile and the tipping came very easily and was greatly deserved and appreciated. We will definitly be returning with our children to utilize the daisy club and bring other family members with to enjoy the experience. Thanks for the memories....

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Blue.We have been to 3 other resorts in Dominican Republic which we thought were good but this one tops them all. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are seniors in our 70s and were treated with so much respect and help. We found the food to be very good with lots of fresh vegetables meat and fish. We spent most of our time at the buffet and visited Route 66 one time. Although this is a large resort we had a trolley to take us to each area much needed in the heat. All the bars were superb but our favorite was the lobby which was beatifully decorated with comfortable lounges. This was a first all inclusive for our friends as they want to return in January they were extremely impressed. Say hello to Raquel ,Marionella ,Luis in fact everyone there who were like family. Hope to see them in the New Year or maybe try Mexico.

hotel was beautiful staff was great especially bell captn, Benjamin and ernesto, best waitress Ileana who always had a smile. Food was great. Only thing missing from this resort is the lack of a hot tub for those cool nights when you would like to relax and enjoy the star studded skies. Will return to this resort the minute you install one.

we enjoyed our stay. the food was good and the coffee shop was fantastic. We had an upgrade oceanside view room with a balcony that was great. We will stay at these hotels again.

We just returned from a recent visit to your resort and felt the need to contact you about our experience. The grounds are beautiful; the staff were all very hard working; and there was much effort put into having lots of activities available.

I travel often and this was my first visit to mexico. I cant even begin to describe how wonderful my stay was. The hotel had exceptional service. There was never a time that one employee didnt cater to my every need. The price was reasonable food was delcious. The people of the hotel really made my stay worthwhile. Everything was clean. I reccomend this hotel to everyone.

From the begining, we were impressed with the hotel decor, views and hospitality. We paid for priviledge service and IT IS WORTH IT! The resort seemed to be central to all the excursions. The food was great. You should realize that "you are not in Kansas anymore." I would recommend this resort for families and relaxation. Very traquil and laid back

Just got back from the best vacation we've had in 3years! The hotel is very impressive in its decor, hospitality and amenities. The minute we arrived we felt welcome. We had reserved a privilege junior suite, however they over-booked them so we were upgraded to a master suite with a beach front view. I recommend to every one to pay the extra money to get the privilege amenities. We were surprised to walk in our room the first night to find a chilling bottle of champagne and a fruit platter in which we used in our jaccuzi tub on our private patio. The food for the most part was ok. I had to remind myself that " I wasn't in Kansas anymore, Toto!" The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The activities were fun and the location of the hotel seemed central to all the excursions.

This was our 4th family vacation to mexico, and 1st to Rivera Maya/Cancun. It was wonderful. This was without a doubt the best resort we have stayed at. The rooms were big, clean and wonderful. The service was wonderful. The food was wonderful. We were 100 % satisfied and look forward to returning in the future. We wish to express our gratefulness to the fine attention of the staff, housekeeping, restaurants (mainly the Japanese restaurant). Always warm and greeting when asking if everything were well and not forgetting the waiters. I congratulate the extreme cleaning in all the hotel areas. My family and I spent a great week enjoying all the services offered.

El servicio fue exelente, exelentes facilidades. No fue de nuestro agrado el certamen Miss Ocean 2009 que se hizo en el teatro el martes 9 de junio, fue de muy mal gusto que como parte del concurso las personas del público le entregaran su ropa íntima a las concursantes, ya que estas tienen mayor valor, la cultura dominicana al igual que la cultura latinoamericana es muy rica, ustedes pueden hacer espectáculos de calidad exaltando la cultura. No tenemos que llegar a la vulgaridad para entretener. Janice y Tomás
