Overlooking the swimming pool and the tropical gardens, it is the most pleasant area of the hotel, ideal for a special evening and for tasting light dishes among which are the caldereta de langosta, the cochinillo asado, the gazpacho andaluz or the pimientos de piquillo rellenos de mariscos and an exceptional crema catalana.

This restaurant also provides a wine cellar and a large selection of Spanish tapas.
