Civil Judge, the
legal fee is
RD$19,334.00 or
US$586.00** +
legalization
RD$2,320.00 or
US$70.00. This
service is not
provided by
Ocean Hotels, it
is a public
service given by
the Dominican
Government,
which reserves
the right to
change the
amount requested
for services of
a Civil Judge,
without previous
notification.
Moreover, to pay
the legal fee
for Civil Judge
services, Ocean
staff has to
travel 40
minutes to the
nearest
Government
office that
handles this
affairs,
therefore,
clients will
have to pay
RD$1,000.00 or
US$30.00** to
cover the hotel
expenses. |
