    This was our first time to Jamaica and we had the BEST time!

    We traveled with 9 people total, there were 2 families.

    In my opinion check-in could have been different but other than that I would say we left the resort with new friends!

    Our butler Ryan was amazing from the time we met, he went above and beyond to make our family and friends feel comfortable and special. We also had the best meals and service with O'Shane in the privilege restaurant.

    The pool entertainment was also great, they included the guest and really had a good time with everyone.

    This will be on the list to visit again! THANK YOU for a great vacation!

    We had a wonderful two week stay. It is a brand new facility and they have a few minor issues to work through but nothing major. The staff was always happy and helpful from Susannah and Frilicia our Excursion Specialist’s, Stacey, and we wanted to adopt all three of them!! The Lifeguard Delmar was awesome, Amoy at Martha’s Market and Kerlit in Housekeeping made our time there even more of a blessing! The food was good and you have multiple choices of restaurants to choose from. Two beautiful Pools and a gorgeous beach. It is truly Paradise.

    The experience was an enjoyable one. My family of five commended the staff for their hospitality. The food was excellent and hotel property is breath taking with children's play area slides. etc., pools, games and the synchronize swimmers were awesome, gift shops, etc., spacious rooms. It's truly a getaway in a relaxing atmosphere.

    The hotel was really well kept. Staff members were kind at all times. The courtesy call from front desk was also a plus. In the bowling alley, Dane was great at assisting. This is my second time staying here and I would definitely come again. Great service.

    I’m just wrapping-up a 5day family vacation at Ocean Coral Springs. What an incredible staff who made us feel at home. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. The Blue Team brought exciting entrainment every night. By the time we were ready to leave we were on first name basis with some of the staff. Special shoutout to Chantol at bar who kept the drinks coming, Scott and Frank who brought the exciting entertainment every night and Coco with aerobics team who made sure we burned all the calories every morning. Thanks for a special stay and we will definitely come back.
