  Great vacation with family with two young children age 7 & 3. The resort is great, but the Privilege lounge makes it even better! It cost more but it’s worth it. Just having the exclusive lounge is a huge perk because of the people there. Having Clarissa, Katia, Luis at the concierge service is awesome and they help with every little detail. Clarissa made it extra especial for us! Susana, Monserrat, Ricardo, Ángel, Felipe, Roberto, Kevin, Vicente and Chefs were awesome and went the extra mile!

  The food and service at Villa Marina was amazing. Gustavo, Arias, and Camila were outstanding. The service was quick, friendly, and very informative. The food was cooked perfectly and combined created a great atmosphere.

  We are a family of 5 and truly enjoyed our entire stay. The seaweed wasn’t ideal but that didn’t stop us. Very impressed with their COVID precautions and entertainment. Sensai was by far our favorite restaurant - Zuriel, Jimmy and Julio were amazing and so was the food!! Go see them if you get a chance, it will be worth it!

  Daisy Club: Karla and Sayi. The best experience for the kids.

  Italian restaurant: ROBERTO is the guy. He is by far your best employee in the Hotel.

  Antonio, Angel and Juan Carlos in the buffet mean great service always.

  Orlando makes the best juice in the Hotel

  Overall experience was very good for the third time and willing to come back.

  Very good service always. It is great to hear, yes we can or will o my best to provide what you are looking for and the staff in this hotel is excellent on doing it.
