    This was our first vacation in 12 years and we couldn't have picked a better resort! The resort was beautiful and the service staff is awesome, especially want to boast on Carlos Juarez - a bartender in the main lobby. He was exceptionally friendly and a joy to see every morning!

    We stayed at Ocean Coral & Turquesa Privelege for one week. The staff makes this resort a very pleasant stay. Especially a big thank you to Jose Luis Cen, the beach concierge. What a very hardworking young man, and always ready to greet you with a smile. Un hombre muy sympatico! Muchas gracias!

    From Angel in Privilege, Jose Luis Cen beach concierge, Luis and Rike privilege concierge every person we came into contact with during this trip made sure our week was special. My family has been coming to the Ocean Coral and Turquesa for many years and we are constantly impressed by the staff and the fact they remember us year to year! I highly recommend visiting the resort!

    The hotel was decent for a large group. They did everything they could to accommodate our needs while maintaining COVID protocols. I honestly can't say enough about the service we received on the privilege side, especially from Ramon and Enrique. They went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I had the most relaxed time and that our wedding day was perfect. Thank you both so much!!

    Wonderful stay so far! Staff very friendly and helpful! Shout out to Jose Luis Cen Beach Concierge! Jose is always ready to help us find I great site at the pool or beach! He is always asking what he can help us with..eg.. information about the resort...bringing us water etc and in general a great employee of this resort! Thank you Jose! ❤️👍👍

    Between Jose cen and Senior Ricky at the adults pool, they made the whole trip! Never had to worry about anything! The whole staff is excellent! Too many names to list, but I would highly recommend this H10 if you are looking for a relaxing trip with very attentive service

    Our first time to Riviera Maya and we can't wait to go back next year! Everything about this resort was top notch from staff, cleanliness, very COVID compliant - we felt the resort was exceptionally clean and well managed the entire time. The staff were exceptional - we felt like we were treated like King and Queen all week. The pools were also amazing! Although because of COVID, the resort was pretty quiet - very few people, different experience...we got even more attention, which was great! Very relaxing! Highly recommend!

    Du 16 au 23 janvier 2020: Merci à Ever pour son bon service au buffet du matin et midi ainsi qu’à Mario . Vous avez tous les deux surpasser nos attentes. Vous nous proposiez de nouvelles boissons à boire et apportiez beaucoup de bonheur lors de nos repas. Sans oublier Gabriel au restaurant Blue Moon ! Très gentil et drôle . D’ailleurs nous avons aimer notre dégustation de tequila et explications comment était faite la tequila, son service et sa bonne humeur était super ! Merci à Jonathan aussi, notre serveur du Blue Moon , la première fois ( samedi le 18 janvier) qu’on y est aller sans toi nous serions pas retourner une 2e fois. (mercredi 22 janvier) . Bon là au bar à la piscine vous devez vous faire servir par Angel , beau sourire et gentil ainsi que Carlos et demandez lui de vous faire un spécial Carlos! Que de plaisir aussi à la piscine avec tous les animateurs qui mettent le fun et le party. Les spectacles sont aussi super ! Julio nous a aussi fait danser dans la piscine c’était très drôle ( aérobie) et amusant .

    Et la belle Photographe Polet , très belle connaissance . Merci à toi de nous avoir prit en photo mais surtout d’avoir été aussi sympathique à parler :)

    Nourritures excellentes autant au buffet que dans les restaurants .

    Wifi haute vitesse partout dans l’hôtel et même à la piscine !

    Merci à toute l’équipe d’Ocean Coral & Turquesa! ça donne vraiment le goût d’y retourner l’année prochaine !

    My wife and I had a great stay here. Always treated with great respect. Always find the people very hard working and always ready to please you. Our beach concierge,Jose Luis Cen, worked very hard to keep people happy not only by the pool but also beach side. Love coming here for vacation such a great place!!!

  • 8th Mexican Riviera All-Inclusive Vacation, Best one ever!

    We arrived at 11pm, so there was no wait for check-in. We were upgraded to a room with an ocean view, which was pretty cool! The resort is gorgeous. The room was beautiful clean and cool. We had a dehumidifier sent up to the room, which I would strongly suggest that you do. It works quite efficiently and pulls liters of water from the air and makes it much more comfortable. The guys that stock the mini-bar notice what you're consuming and they make sure you're always stocked up with all the liquid refreshment you need.

    They have fun activities scheduled every day and entertainment every night. Upon arrival, we toured all the pools and decided that we liked the quiet adult pool, so we were there every day. The first day, the Pool Concierge Jose Luis Cen introduced himself. He wasn't exaggerating when he said that he would take care of our every need during our stay. Wow...! This guy hustles around all day long and makes sure you are comfortable and happy. This is the first All-Inclusive I've visited where I was brought fresh, dry towels after every rainstorm hit. Jose Luis reserved our chairs for us daily so we never had to deal with any of the chair reserving headaches that occur at most resorts.

    Another hard-working guy at the Adult pool is Ricardo Poot. There was a LOT of drinking going on at the adult pool and Ricardo kept up with our every request and introduced us to quite a few new, funky drinks we've never tried before. This guy only gets 1 day off a week, and he spent some of his day off going into town and picking up Fireball whisky for us so we can drink Fireball shots poolside! I LOVE these guys!

    Another guy you will see poolside is Francisco Gomez. He'll hook you up with any dive/snorkel/tour experience you're looking for. Francisco was nice enough to sit and share some of his culture with me for a few minutes. Although sometimes, it's little things, all the things that these wonderful people do that make you feel welcome and like a part of their family really add up and make me want to return soon.

    The breakfast buffet was better than any of the other all-inclusives that I've experienced. Hot and crispy potato triangles, crispy bacon, fried potatoes w/chorizo (YUM!), eggs perfectly cooked to order and my favorite, a fruit bar, where if you don't want one of those plates with an assortment of fruits and melons, etc... they will make you a plate full of fresh-cut pineapple! Our favorite server at the buffet is Cinthya. She is so friendly, takes great care of us and makes us feel like we're with family. <3

    The Sensai restaurant was yummy, fun and we really enjoyed the show. The ribeye steaks at the Villa Marina were absolutely freaking delicious. Then... We saw the guys at the next table diving into their 2nd rib-eye steaks.... Wha...? Oh heck yes! If you're still hungry, they bring you a 2nd, perfectly-cooked ribeye steak and baked potato! Just as I'm wrapping my head around the ability to eat ribeyes every night, we dined at the Italian restaurant and had 2 perfectly-cooked, tender-as butter Filet Mignons!

    We ate ice cream at the ice cream shop before and after dinner every night. The ice cream is delicious and I discovered that frosted flakes are an excellent ice cream topping!

    We had a great time at this resort. All the staff were absolutely amazing!!! Overall, this is a great resort!!! I am definitely coming here again and bringing a bunch of friends!
