    We stayed at Ocean Coral from January 11 - 18, 2020 and spent much of our time at the adult pool due to strong winds making it difficult to swim in the sea. For much of the week our pool waiter was Ricardo and he worked very hard to ensure we got the drinks we wanted whether it was a cocktail or simply a bottle of water. He always had information on what was in a drink (ingredients) and was quick to provide suggestions when we just weren't sure what to have next. Thank you Ricardo for your great service!

    The beach concierge, Jose Luis Cen, did a fantastic job helping us to find sun beds and setting them up for us. He deserves a medal for putting up with us. He always smiles and totally helpful all the time.

    Jose Luis Cen looked after us very well at the privilege beach. He brought us towels and set up lounges for us wherever we wished. He is friendly and professional and very good at his job. We enjoyed seeing him each day.

    Con mi familia vinimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y no pudo ser una mejor celebración, la cena fue en el ritratto d'italia con Roberto y Francisco como meseros, Javier el Gerente, Zuriel el Sommellier el Chef Arcide y todo el Staff italiano se aseguraron de que todo fuera perfecto, desde la atención hasta la comida, me ayudaron a que fuera el mejor cumpleaños de mi vida hasta ahora. Muchas gracias por ayudarme a crear este hermoso e inolvidable momento

    Estuvimos los últimos días de noviembre con mí familia. Excelente todo. Atención y gastronomía sobresalen. Un especial agradecimiento a la recepción Privilege, Ayda México, Roberto Mijangos, Johanna Rivera, Indy, Eduardo García, Carlos Clara, Maitre Gallegos, Cheff Roberto , Ángel Cortes Wilbert y Jorge de Recepción. Ellos y muchos más hicieron que nuestras vacaciones sean inolvidables.

    We have had a great time as we always do! Even with a hurricane and Covid issues this year, the service has been amazing!!!! A special shout out to Jose Luis Cen, the Privilege beach concierge, who took great care of us and our friends! We were a group of 8 so not always easy to please everyone! Also would like to give a shout out to Carlos at the Privilege check in who went way above and beyond for us!!!! So many more people we need to thank, but will post their names later!

    We had a beautiful 5 night stay. Resort was fun, 3 large pools. Very good food choices at all venues. Entertainment shows were very good especially Retro Show and Lion King. Thank you to all the entertainment staff especially Diego who always had a few minutes to visit with us and survived water polo and vb with us. Thank you to our wait staff-Celia at the family pool, Israel and Marco at the Buffet. Mimosa's for breakfast and Pepsi's for lunch and cold cold water! And Rebecca and Moses who made our final evening at Ritratto Italia excellante! Enjoy!

    Mi familia y yo tuvimos una excelente estancia en este hotel. Muy amable todo el personal, considerando que llevamos a una persona mayor y en mas de una ocasión requerimos la silla de rueda... Fue muy agradable y hago un especial reconocimiento al chef hendricks que nos preparó un platillo especial con motivo del cumple de mi hermana.... Asimismo, aprecio mucho la buena actitud de servicio de Roberto, Edna y Manuel, en especial Roberto y su loca pero divertida forma de ser.
