  Wonderful stay so far. Special shout outs to Marcelo and Nepo at Sensia for an amazing dinner and entertainment.! Manual Solees at the Italiano restaurant for breakfast and Danie Jimenez for Italiano for dinner. So friendly, amazing food and service!

  We were at the Ocean Coral Turquesa for 10 days, we enjoyed the place very much. The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. mentions to Angel, Zuriel and Daniel at the Blue Moon, also Mario, Aldo and Angello serving at breakfast and lunch time. Also all the staff at the Mexican restaurant and most off al l the two ladies meeting us at the door (sorry I forgot there name).

  Impressed also by the hotel bar service and his manager organizing tequila degustation and drink mixology demonstration. The Oscar night was also well celebrated with and outside screen and nice lunch. Also there was music and dance by the pool at night, very nice.

  All in all a great vacation with a wonderful staff.

  Ola! What a fantastic place to go to simply relax and forget about life. It was exactly what my family and I needed as a perfect getaway. From the moment we pulled up to the front foyer, we were greeted warmly by Leticia at the reception desk and treated superbly.

  The Privilege upgrade was well worth it! The special H10 restaurant, the relaxing quiet pool, the La Creperie food and the private beach with extra attention from Jose Luis Cen, our beach "buddy" concierge, Cecilia and the team - the experience was wonderful!

  The a la carte restaurant chefs need to be commended for the tasty food they prepared. Thank you to the Privilege concierge, especially Marco, for making reservations for us all week long. The food at the buffet was yummy and the variety between meals every day was divine.

  The way the entire resort was set up was perfect. If you wanted fun and partying, you can enjoy the main pool and the entertainment crew. If you wanted a family/kid friendly area, it was there next to the helado/ice cream bar. If you wanted a relaxing, quieter time, you could spend it at the chill pool area. Or if you wanted the extra special attention and service, Privilege area is the place to find it.

  The evening entertainment left a little more to be desired though. It would have been nice to have a few more vendors or shops available directly at the resort, but nothing a trip to Cancun or Playa del Carmen couldn't cure. The welcome presentation felt more like a push to purchase a 'timeshare' or excursions, but as soon as we said we just wanted to stay and enjoy everything the resort had to offer, they were fine with that.

  Thank you for a great holiday! Overall it was a fantastic week. I would not hesitate to come back for another visit.
