  Me and my husband were staying for two weeks at this lovely hotel. Ocean Maya Royale is the best all inclusive resort I have ever been too. The food was excellent and with very high quality, it felt very luxurious to be able to choose between 4 different a la carte restaurants every evening, except the buffé restaurant. The bars made delicious drinks aswell!

  It was clean and cosy with great nature around you. The staff at the hotel are amazing, from the restaurants and bars to the entertainment team. I would like to thank some people escpeially for making our stay even more great. Adrian, the waiter at the pool bar, always had time for some chitchat, Daniela at the breakfast buffé let us feel very special every morning. Last but absolutely not least, thank you Rodrigo, Ines, Arturo and Naomi from entertainment team, you guys are great! You have time for all guests, always with a smile on your faces, thanks for many laughters, funny games and great shows in the evenings. I hope we can return one day!

  Third visit this year and we've loved it more and more each time.

  From a warm greeting at reception welcoming us "home" to the staff we've come to know and appreciate a little more each year.

  Too many names to list, but the greatest benefit of this resort is it's long term staff who make it their goal to ensure you have a fantastic visit each time.

  We just booked visit #4 and once again can't wait to return!

  We came same time in 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the property, service and most importantly - staff. Staff here have become like family for us, so returning for our second visit was an absolute no brainer.

  El grupo de animación es genial (Hamlet,Pamela,Octavio, Scarlett;Alexis y cesar ) todos el grupo completo son muy atentos y divertidos incluyendo también a los mozos!!! Luis el chico de coco bongo también muy conforme con todo el staf gracias x todo! Saludos!!
