    Desde recepción el servicio fue excelente.

    Laura 1A con todas las actividades con los niños, excelente, simpática y muy amable.

    Hubo retraso en el horario de abrir la caseta de las toallas para la piscina y del comerdor principal (deben abrir a las 12, yo andaba con un niño de 3 años y es muy difícil esperar hasta las 12:40 que fue que abrieron)

    El snack necesita más variedad.

    Es un buen lugar para descansar, quiero resaltar la atención de algunos de los empleados del hotel, específicamente Leocari en el café, Wander del equipo de animación, Franklin en el bar de la piscina de privilige, Marisol y Cesar del equipo de meseros. Cada uno de ellos se encargo que nuestra estadía en el hotel fuera muy agradable.

    Franklin at the premium pool was very nice, we really have good service with him , his margarita was delicious!!! Thanks for your service :) Alexander ou butler give us good service as well, he paid attention for us, everything we need we ask him and we received in a few hours… Thanks hotel El Faro that was exceptional family vacation!

    Always a pleasure to visit Punta Cana, have travelled here many times and have been at many different hotels in area. Obviously this are different times with Covid however we still enjoyed our time at the H10 El Faro. We rented a Oceanview master suite, which was wonderful for a family. Food was very good, site was beautiful, beach was not the best we have seen but still enjoyable. Biggest issue was the service, was difficult to get what we needed when we need it, everything is run on Domitian time, so if you are patient you will get what you need but you need to sometimes wait. We été in the privilege section, however most of the services that were advertised were closed during our stay and unfortunately we were not told this prior to booking. Having said this some employees went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, special thanks to Alexander, our butler, who was present to make our stay more enjoyable and Franklin at the privilege bar was extremely nice and made sure to offer us great service when sitting by the pool. I would not say this is a 5 star resort but rather a 4 star versus other places we have been at but at the end of the day we enjoyed our stay and are not disappointed in our vacation.

    Bonjour, je suis agent de voyage et j'amène 4 de mes clients a votre hôtel du 17 au 24 janvier 2019 je vous demande si possible d'avoir 3 chambres près l'une de l'autres et face a la mer et par le fait même j'aimerais savoir quelle est le tarif supplémentaire pour la section privilège car j'aimerais peut être leurs faire bénéficier de cette section

    The property is beautiful, there was enough beds by the pool and by the ocean. The food was served at different locations, so we didn't need to go far away...
