    Felt immediately comfortable at Ocean Coral. Large complex with a small feel. Evening Restaurants easy to get into and excellent quality food and service. Enjoyable variety of activities each day. Really appreciated the work on the beach every motning. Clean with soft white sand - good for long morning walks. Lots of shade and chairs if you are an early riser. Important to me - clean well-stocked pool washrooms! Lots of attention to detail. Recommend for families and couples.

    Las mejores personas del hotel son:... JORGE PIÑA Y TODOS SUS AMIGOS.les voy a decir todo lo que tiene.Primero en las habitaciones hay mucho espacio y en el privilege tiene jacuzzi

    Bueno hay muchas ventajas por ser Privilege como:un restaurante Launch que tiene desayunos deliciosos,también tiene mayordomo,etc.Tambien tiene 4 piscinas un para niños,para familiares 2,y una para adultos.Tambien tiene un lugar para jugar fútbol,basquetboll,béisbol y ping pong.Tambien hay un lugar para adivinar músicas y hacer karaoke.Aaaaa y que no se me olvide el restaurante italiano,restaurante Bufet y lo más importante... la heladería.Y tiene boliche.Bueno lo que quiero decir es que para mi ese hotel es el mejor que pude haber existido 👍😁😀espero volver a ir y espero que tu vallas y disfrutes lo que tiene 😘

    We came for a week with family and had a fantastic time. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Wilbert and Lenin at the Privilege bar took great care of us all week, and Jose Luis, the beach concierge, made sure we had comfortable spots on the sand every day. Looking forward to coming back again!

    I could go on and on about the clean, inviting accommodations, but enough folks have testified about that on this forum already. Instead, I'd like to give a shout out to the incredible staff at the resort, specifically the VIP areas where we spent most of our time. From the bartenders like Wilbur and Lenin who remembered our particular drink orders to the prompt and courteous beach concierge Jose Luis, the friendly faces at Ocean Coral and Turquesa are what keep us coming back year after year. Thank you so much!

    The Japanese restaurant is nice but without the chef Juan it will simply be nothing else than a usual hibachi! Juan is a very proffessional and entertaining she'd, he will give you a great experience and he will make you laugh! Great personality and exceptional food! Dale la gasolina Juan⛽😜🥃🕺🥳

    Miguel did an amazing job for my family when we were checking out. He received our bags, weighed them, helped me put additional identification tags on them, and thoroughly explained the checkout process. A true professional. He placed customer service first, was pleasant to work with, and always had a smile. A true asset to your organization. Thank you.

    The staff is simply amazing. Friendly, going above and beyond. The beach concierge, Jose Luis Cen, made sure we had enough lounge chairs for our days at the beach, very friendly. Butlers Luis and Enrique checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed, or just to simply say hello. The wait staff in the privilege restaurant, Ricardo, Javier, Edgar, Jose, all very professional, funny and personal! We will definitely be back!
