    Ola! What a fantastic place to go to simply relax and forget about life. It was exactly what my family and I needed as a perfect getaway. From the moment we pulled up to the front foyer, we were greeted warmly by Leticia at the reception desk and treated superbly.

    The Privilege upgrade was well worth it! The special H10 restaurant, the relaxing quiet pool, the La Creperie food and the private beach with extra attention from Jose Luis Cen, our beach "buddy" concierge, Cecilia and the team - the experience was wonderful!

    The a la carte restaurant chefs need to be commended for the tasty food they prepared. Thank you to the Privilege concierge, especially Marco, for making reservations for us all week long. The food at the buffet was yummy and the variety between meals every day was divine.

    The way the entire resort was set up was perfect. If you wanted fun and partying, you can enjoy the main pool and the entertainment crew. If you wanted a family/kid friendly area, it was there next to the helado/ice cream bar. If you wanted a relaxing, quieter time, you could spend it at the chill pool area. Or if you wanted the extra special attention and service, Privilege area is the place to find it.

    The evening entertainment left a little more to be desired though. It would have been nice to have a few more vendors or shops available directly at the resort, but nothing a trip to Cancun or Playa del Carmen couldn't cure. The welcome presentation felt more like a push to purchase a 'timeshare' or excursions, but as soon as we said we just wanted to stay and enjoy everything the resort had to offer, they were fine with that.

    Thank you for a great holiday! Overall it was a fantastic week. I would not hesitate to come back for another visit.

    Bonjour pour commencer nous voulons remercier le personnel de l'hôtel et son dirigent M Wilber Looza qui nous a accompagner lors de notre transfer ver une école a cancun a l'arrivé de DELTA , nous nous somme senti en confiance avec M Wilber et sont équipe il nous a tenu au courant tout au long de notre périple et je peut vous dire que ça na pas été de tout repos avec certain client non coopératif mais l'équipe de l'hôtel a fait un très bon travail même chose a l'hôtel nous y étions pour 4 semaines du 14 sept au 12 oct et durant notre séjour nous avons bien apprécier le personnel de l'hôtel en particulier Susana l'hotesse du buffet qui parle tres bien français ,Matéo qui étais au bar ,au belboy et même a la sécurité vraiment très professionnel .Le midi nous prenions le lunch au BISTRO avec EVER ,AVIER ,JESUS et EDITH la chef qui nous a fait de très bon lunch servi par les 3 gars d'une façon très professionnel nous avons adorer .le jour au tour de la piscine adulte et au bord de la plage il y avait RICARDO le serveur vraiment très sympathique et très efficace même chose avec AUGUSTO au villa marina qui a su faire de nos diner un moment très agréable et plein d'autre personne qui on fait que nos vacance ont été très agréable au poing ou nous y retournerons très prochainement MERCI a vous tous et a la prochaine.

    We had a great time in Ocean Coral & Turquesa for our 7 nights 8 days stay here. Food quality and services from staff overall were excellent. Our special thanks to Pamela, Yesenia and Kathleen from the Privilege Concierge who made our wonderful vacation even more special; to Ramon from Privilege reception who were very accommodating to our requests; to Jose Luis who made our days in the beach more comfortable; to Ricardo, Luis and Angel from the Privilege dining who are very polite and gave excellent service; to Emmanuel from Mike's coffee who gives quick and awesome service; Maricela from ice-cream station who is very pleasant and cheerful and to Carlos of Route 66 (my Son's favourite restaurant) who are very welcoming, engaging and provided a quick and excellent personal service. We will definitely come back to this resort in the many years to come.

    We had a wonderful time! From the time we arrived until our departure. The courtesy, kindness and all around customer service excelled from the entire staff. A special thank you to our Butler Manuel Hdz, Edna Estrella from Casa del Mar, Ismael from Route 66, Jose Luis Cen the beach Concierge, Cruz, Mr. Cortez. I would most definetlly recommend to stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

    Hi, My name is Trinity and I'm from Vancouver. This trip was very special for myself after I spent some hard 2019. I've never taken this kind all inclusive trip and didn't expect too much.

    I've been staying here since Jan.3 and I'm writing this even before I'm leaving here because I really want to say thank you to all of you who are making my time so great. I'm a foodie and didn't expect this healthy, fresh and beautifully decorated food. I'll miss this a lot. I've never eaten this healthy and I'm very fit and active. I feel like you guys really care for what guests should eat while we stay here. All the employees are so kind and I can tell they are doing their best to give us the best service. I'd like to specially thank Julio and Eric for their awesome customer service and kindness. I wish you all the best and hope to see you again when I visit here. Thank you.

    I just wanted to say how wonderful the doormen were here. Miguel was the one we dealt with the most. He was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke great english and was overall a great pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond for each request we had. If he didn't have the answer, he found it for us. The whole facility was filled with wonderful staff!

    The beach service we received at the privilege was 2nd to none. Jose Luis Cen made sure we had our preffered spot on the beach and had our towels laid out for us and cleaned, also our beach waiter Aturo attended to our needs in the drink and ice department. Well done to these guys for making our stay an enjoyable one
