    We are just finishing our 2 week stay here at Ocean Riviera Paradise! This was our 5th time to this resort and although many changes since Covid and the multiple hurricanes in the past months, the staff is doing an incredible job at providing everyone the the very best possible service!! The staff is reduced to 30% of what it was this past December and my heart breaks for the countless people who are unable to work. Please be patient and understanding as there are some repairs yet to be made and they too need to navigate this epidemic. Every morning the moment we sat for breakfast, Carlos has our coffee ready just how we like it! Such kind wonderful people who will go out of their way to please! My favorite part of the day was with the monkeys, sailing on the Hobie Cat and meeting incredible people from every corner of the world! Nothing but great things to say about the food and service! PS ~ regarding Covid... We never felt safer than we did here!!

    Excelente hotel para ir en familia, fuimos 16 personas. Muy buena la ubicación, muy espacioso, rica comida en los distintos restaurantes, muy agradecidos de nuestro anfitrión Antonio y en general de todo el personal del hotel. la playa fantástica ¡¡¡SIN ZARGAZO!!!!

    We all had a fabulous time- the layout, pools, food, drinks, room, and staff were amazing! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! A special shout out to Marcelo who worked so hard and helped us never go thirsty! The entertainment was great- thanks Erick for playing games with the kids! Sonya at the ice cream shop was so kind to the kids! Cesar for welcoming us with coffee and a smile and America for making fantastic omelettes! Guadeloupe at the Italian restaurant was fantastic! Jorge at the Japanese hibachi- cooking for life- is funny, entertaining and excellent! The made to order crapes were excellent! We loved seeing the monkeys! I loved the jogging path! Our whole family had the best time and we plan to come again!!!

    First time ever leaving the country and first time staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise. It won't be my last. My experience there was far beyond my expectations. My Butler Eduardo, is absolutely the best Butler on the planet!!! He'll make sure that you have whatever you need whenever you need it! Definitely had a great time and will be back for sure!

    Ocean Riviera Paradise is truly an excellent resort! The service that the happy staff deliver is absolutely fantastic. The staff work so hard to make you feel welcome and looked after. Special mention to Abraham Alemàn, Kevin Vande, Gregory Santos, and Gustavo Zugaro of the entertainment team.

    Now with the food selection is absolutely incredible. I found the buffet alone was sufficient enough to satisfy all my cravings, and the buffet had an incredible variety of each meal every day.

    Not to forget the Privilege's room with Jacuzzi on the terrace and a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a lovely addition. Overall the rooms were spacious, and the cleaning staff was impeccable! Every morning are rooms were fully stocked with new clean linens and it felt like a brand new room every day.

    I would highly recommend this resort and I would be looking forward to return in the near future.

    I wanted to make sure I commented on how wonderful the staff was, especially Yasmin who was our server while at the Privilege Beach, and Irene was great as well! Everyone is so accommodating and works very hard. Thanks for a great vacation!

    My boyfriend and I have been here consecutively the last two years and are so excited already to go back. This year we decided to upgrade to privilege where we had a lovely rooftop view. Eduardo was helpful with our luggage and getting us settled in. Ariz, our butler for the duration of our stay, is a genuine, warm-hearted woman. She was so good to us on our stay, I recommend you ask for her. She made sure we were happy and even reached out to us to make sure everything was okay for us because she hadn’t heard from us in a couple days haha. Unfortunately I didn’t get our house keepers name, but he would make cool animal designs out of towels, it’s the little things. He obviously puts time and thought into his job and did a good job cleaning. The shows are fun and the food is amazing! Our favorite restaurants were blue moon, the Italian and the sea food by the beach. The breakfast buffet was also something I looked forward to every morning. The bartenders and serving staff were always smiling. Also, if you like spicy, try a spicy margarita from the pop up bar by privilege. They’re bomb! They have live music some nights in the evening, that’s fun to jam to. I honestly could go on and on about how good our trip was. Thank you Ocean Riviera Paradise crew! You’re fantastic!

    Our experience at this hotel was amazing! Our room was so new, clean and modern. Every single staff member was SO friendly. A special shoutout to Antonio Alvarez in the Mexican restaurant for being the best waiter and truly gave us an authentic mexican experience. As well as, Alfredo in the buffet who was so kind to us! The hotel has so much to offer and there was always something fun to do! The entertainers (shoutout to kevin) always had us up and having fun. Thank you so much Oceans Riviera! We will definitely be back
