  I must say that after many, many trips here , we still find it extraordinary. From the time you arrive (Selvestri-Bell Captain), to recepcion (Sam & Gaby), to housekeeping(Elisabeth), to the buffett (the exceptional Julio Alberto), to the Italian Rest. for dinner (Maynor & Damian) all treat you like you are the only people there. I must add a special thanks to Areceli Segundo (Front Desk Manager) for all that she does for us. I must also commend Giavanni Gil(Director General) for assembling & enableing such a strong staff.   We had a wonderful stay at the privilege section of the hotel where we received such excellent treatment and service from Jose Luis Cen, our beach concierge. We will definitely be coming back, and look forward to seeing him again!

Your commitment to ensuring we had clean towels and our time on the beach was comfortable was very much appreciated. He constantly ensured all the guests on the beach are taken care of. Gracias!!

  The beach is clean, the staff in the restaurants were attentive and the food was great. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

  Wonderful stay so far. Special shout outs to Marcelo and Nepo at Sensia for an amazing dinner and entertainment.! Manual Solees at the Italiano restaurant for breakfast and Danie Jimenez for Italiano for dinner. So friendly, amazing food and service!

  We were at the Ocean Coral Turquesa for 10 days, we enjoyed the place very much. The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. mentions to Angel, Zuriel and Daniel at the Blue Moon, also Mario, Aldo and Angello serving at breakfast and lunch time. Also all the staff at the Mexican restaurant and most off al l the two ladies meeting us at the door (sorry I forgot there name).

  Impressed also by the hotel bar service and his manager organizing tequila degustation and drink mixology demonstration. The Oscar night was also well celebrated with and outside screen and nice lunch. Also there was music and dance by the pool at night, very nice.

  All in all a great vacation with a wonderful staff.

  Had a great time at this resort the staff are very friendly. Thanks to to great bar tenderes Juan and Pablo . The drinks were very good. Also to the entertainment staff you kept us busy .. This is a great resort clean with lots to do. See you all next time.

  We had the greatest time of our vacation stay here at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. Juan and Pablo who served us while here at the main pool was very great. We will miss this place and hope to come back really soon.
