100% flexible rates in all its hotels so that you can make your booking with total peace of mind. You may cancel your booking at no cost at any time up to 24 hours before the date of entry (12 noon).
Bookings with free cancellation
All our rates are with free cancellation from 10 March 2020 and there’s no need to pay in advance, so if you have a booking made through our website and need to cancel it, you can do so up to 12 noon on the day before the date of entry in the
My Bookings section or contact us by email at
firstname.lastname@example.org to manage the change.
For cancellations later than 12 noon on the day before your arrival or in case of no-shows, a night’s stay under the chosen booking package will be charged as a cancellation fee, and any remaining nights booked will be cancelled.

If you have a non-refundable booking made on our website (before 10 March 2020) and it is affected by temporary closure of the hotel or by travel restrictions in your country of origin, we’ll offer you
100% flexibility to postpone the date of your booking at no additional charge up to one year from the date of entry, in a room with the same features and/or you can agree to pay a possible difference in rate but without any type of management fees.
