  We really enjoyed our time at Ocean coral springs! The food was absolutely delicious! The staff made us feel like we were at home, and we never wanted to leave! Your blue team is amazing! Princess, Peanut, Henessy, and DJ Squidward kept us entertained during the day, and singing and dancing all night long! Delmar and Gavan checked on us every day and made sure we felt safe! Flicky was so much fun on his Segway! Lastly Shanique at Martha's market was so attentive. She has the best customer service skills and went over and above so that our needs were met. That girl deserves a promotion! The only negative was the beach! I had to leave the resort to experience a beautiful Jamaican beach! We can't wait to return to Jamaica and would love to make Ocean Coral Springs our go to spot! Please fix the beaches, and continue to encourage the awesome staff that you already have! Until next time!

  Me and my husband had a great time at the Ocean Cotal Spring.. the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and knew the key to excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone. It was a great experience interacting with the staff. Entertainment was superb. Bowling was a great experience and the lazy river was a great add. We had a great experience at the spa and the staff there was very personable.. there was no time in this staycation to sleep; just pure fun all day everyday.. you won't regret your time here 🤗😄😁

  It was a pleasure meeting the staff and interacting with them. They were all pleasant and welcoming 🙏☺. Made me feel at home and took great care of me.. the spa staff were personable and caring... the bowling alley was a great experience.. entertainment was great 👍👌👏 I commend the staff here and I would recommend this place to any and everyone

  General customer service was good. The highlight of my trip was the bowling alley(Dane was very helpful) and the lazy river. Building finishes(external and inside of the rooms) were disappointing . Food was above average.(Ramone and two other ladies in the Martha’s Market made our dining experience delightful)

  I was absolutely blown away with the level of performance and talent showcased at the Saturday night show. The dancers were engaging and captivating to look at ! It was also my first time bowling and the staff and ambience at the bowling alley made my experience unforgettable! Cant wait to visit again!

  The experience was a good one, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel property is beautiful. I went as a family of 4 with two small children and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The children spent some time hanging out by the kids club where i was assisted by Portia who did an excellent job and was very attentive to their needs and made sure they were safe and enjoying themselves. Looking forward fo visiting the hotel again as it was a very good experience.

  I was booked at Ocean Spring and even though due to Covid and staying there during the week a lot of their regular activities were not operational, I must say their staff made the stay an extremely pleasant one. I must start with Kevon who is as vibrant as ever and a ray of sunshine. I was shocked to learn he doesn't work in entertainment for the hotel as his personality was very fun and endearing. Sashorn was friendly and pleasant to talk to. We had a good chat at the bar and it felt like I knew her forever. Romain the bartender was a breath of fresh air. He kept the drinks and conversation flowing. He was the absolute highlight of my day. He is an absolute gem and I would definitely revisit for his exceptional service. I must also big up the other bartenders Fernando, Jason and Onair. Exceptional service at its best!

  The Blue Team kept the pool activities fun and available for all ages. They made friends with the guests and remembered their names as the days went by. Akino was awesome, sat down and had great conversations, even taught our daughter some dance routines. Peanut entertained our nephew who did not want to participate in a game, but wanted to watch. Delmar always checked up on us and made sure we were having a good time. Lots of great friendships made! Always something fun to do, these people know how to have fun and make you feel like a part of the Jamaican family!
